agreed-I can’t believe how many misinformed people post on these videos about ACV and how it burns your body or like this one who says it is poison. Wow. How about a teensie bit of research before talking? What’s that phrase-better to be quiet and thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
I wish I can continue drinking ACV but its going to fuck up my teeth if I keep drinking it!

becouse you are supposed to put the apple cider vinegar on your face as a toner then moisturize, you dont just eat apples or regular vinegar it has to be apple cider vinegar, plus if you have dry skin aswell as acne it will make your skin worse, only use it for normal/oily skin. i started using it 3 weeks ago and my skin is oil and acne free, it works faster than you expect

I don’t understand how drinking it will help though… how can it change the pH of your stomach? Your stomach acids are strong acids, and you’re drinking a dilute weak acid (acetic acid). Any ideas?
