I also recommend the book "Light Science and Magic", just days after I got it my lighting started improving by leaps and bounds. I love how it doens't just show a bunch of setups. Nope, you have to read and _understand_ the theory it teaches, then you can come up with your own setups based on knowledge about light. Great tutorials, thanks.
